Account Management Team

To be effective in any partnership, a strong communication system
must be in place.

Our Account Management team oversees the day-to-day client service and management of our client’s portfolio.  Each client is assigned an Account management contact who becomes your portfolio advisor, and is completely attuned to your company’s work-standards and processes.

Our Account management team is supported by IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and the Training department to ensure all our clients’ needs are met. This service management structure allows our Account management team to focus on its core competency: managing the client relationship. It also allows Operations to focus on its core competency: recovering on your accounts. This structure ensures that a global view and understanding of our client is developed and shared internally, allowing us to deliver targeted services that provide more value.

As our clients’ encounter external factors that affect their collections process and recoveries, our continuous communication approach fosters the exchange of ideas and advice.
