Jeff Hurt, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and plans of the company. Jeff provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. He ensures that the organization’s mission and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
David Schieszer, Chief Operating Officer
David is responsible for leading the operational activities of Southwest Credit, ensuring that client and organizational expectations are met through strategic planning and solid execution. He has over 20 years experience in accounts receivable management solutions.
David is responsible for implementing strategic collection strategies for our clients; ensuring appropriate techniques and resources are employed so we can meet and exceed client expectations.
Gary Turner, Vice President of Sales
Gary’s responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing initiatives which support Southwest Credit’s strategic objectives. His responsibilities extend beyond the initial sales and implementation process; he takes a hands-on approach to client service and ensures that client relationships evolve into full business partnerships.
Gary provides on-going consultative ideas and strategies to clients in order to help them achieve their goals and increase their recoveries.
Lori Monk, Vice President of Finance
Lori ensures the integrity of Southwest Credit’s Finance and Accounting department. She ensures accuracy and timelines of all financial reporting as well as client invoicing and fund transfer activities while providing an ease of doing business with our clients.
Lori implements and monitors departmental and company key performance indicators to ensure the company is achieving high performance levels.
Dena Hatfield, Vice President of Administration
Dena oversees all regulatory and legal requirements for our industry and our client’s, as well as complying with all FDCPA guidelines.
In her role as Vice President of Administration, her guidance is crucial in creating and developing an engaging environment that promotes employee growth and satisfaction. She oversees career development plans for the executive team, managers, and supervisors and aligns goals with strategic growth objectives of the company.
Robert Bence, Vice President of Information Technology
Rob is responsible for the overall management of Southwest Credit's infrastructure including network maintenance and application development projects. He is involved with analyzing and reworking existing business processes as necessary, identifying and developing the capability to use new tools, as well as managing Southwest Credit’s physical infrastructure and network access.
Rob oversees the daily IT operations and technology infrastructure, as well as backups, data security, system availability, capacity, and performance management for all applications.
