Southwest Credit uses a combination of collection industry practices and sophisticated technology to achieve our client’s receivables goals. This includes well established policies and procedures, instant access to skip-trace service providers, predicative dialers, as well as several integrated security mechanisms in-place for secure data handling. Southwest Credit uses the latest encryption technology for file transport (SSH/SFTP), as well as deploying encryption at rest for non-public information (NPI) or personally identifiable information (PII) in order to protect sensitive data.

Committed to Security. The Southwest Credit data center is highly secure; accessible to authorized personnel only. A two factor security system automatically records each time a person enters the center or facility, and closed circuit cameras record all activity throughout. Our WAN and LAN is secured using end to end encryption and all SPI/PII data is encrypted while at rest.

Southwest Credit believes that security is critical in today’s marketplace and therefore has been SAS70 Type II Certified as well as PCI DSS 1.2 Certified.

Southwest Credit uses its years of industry experience and pattern recognition technologies to implement collection strategies.  Once the appropriate strategy is determined, we create campaigns to facilitate integrated consumer outreach procedures. In addition to making predictions of behavior, our systems also provide key intelligence allowing us to deliver feedback right to the client via customized reports and web-enabled tools.
