We are a stable agency that is growing, and we need EXPERIENCED 3rd party collectors in the North Dallas area. Headquartered in Plano, our office is conveniently located right off the Dallas North Tollway. Our collection representatives resolve delinquent accounts by communicating with consumers to establish repayment terms. They handle high volume inbound and outbound calls, resolving consumer disputes and negotiating payments, while complying with all State and Federal regulations. They are exceptional communicators with outstanding negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, dedicated persistence, and goal oriented.

Skills/ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Collection, Customer Service, Telemarketing or other call-center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong persistence & deadline-oriented
- Basic computer and math skills
- Professional work ethic with strong integrity and attendance record
- Money motivated and result driven
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Bilingual is a plus!

Our Commercial collection representatives are responsible for contacting and communicating with delinquent businesses and/or their accounts payable departments to establish repayment terms on their assigned accounts. This position handles a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls; using knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and requiring superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively resolve the delinquencies owed to our client(s). This role requires advanced skip tracing skills and working knowledge of business to business accounting practices. Our agents routinely meet assigned productivity and performance goals while maintaining full compliance with company policies, as well as State and Federal regulations governing debt collection. Applicants must have strong experience in collection or customer service with regard, specifically, to commercial (B2B) practices. This position relies somewhat on direct instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions and works under immediate supervision.

Essential Skills/Requirements include:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years in 3rd party collection with 1-3 years specifically dedicated to the collection of commercial accounts
- Exceptional listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure and goal-oriented environment
- Ability to effectively use a telephone, keyboard and PC
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Professional work ethic with strong integrity and attendance record
- MUST be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Collection, Customer Service or Q/A environment
- Exceptional listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively use a telephone, keyboard and PC
- Professional work ethic with strong integrity and attendance record
- Expert knowledge, understanding and application of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus!
