Our Client Services Department is the liaison between our client
and Management team. They manage client transactions at both
the Regional and National levels, depending on the scope of
the project and relationship. The Client Services Department
is responsible for smooth communications and quality assurance
relative to reports, remits, etc., and being a specific point
of contact assuring "ease of doing business" between SWC and
our clients.
To properly meet the growing technical and client support requirements
of our clients, SWC invests heavily in providing peripheral
services such as Credit Bureau reporting, training and other
non-revenue services. Our financial strength and experience
allows SWC to "set the standard" as a complete Receivables Management
Resource.
