We have individual sales representatives who are experts in all of the business classifications Southwest Credit pursues for collection service.

The targeted areas are:

• Telecommunications
• Property Management
• Higher Education
• Commercial clients

Each business class is matched to an in-house client service representative that specializes in one of the aforementioned classifications. The function and purpose of this department is to provide our clients with a qualified, industry-trained customer service representative who is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for their convenience.
