Secure and stable automated computerized collection system.
Southwest Credit uses “Latitude”, a user-friendly
Windows-based collection program designed to provide the power
and performance needed for an efficient and successful automated
collection system. Collection management, plus security measures
are integrated into our feature-rich system. Through flexible
design and a powerful client/server database backend, Southwest
Credit has the ability to manage and support any number of
collectors and clients.
Latitude brings together all the functions Southwest Credit
needs to collect on your accounts, including Media Processing,
Trust Accounting, Credit Bureau Reporting/Inquiry, Electronic
Placements, Predictive Dialing, e-mailing, Skip-tracing, Media
Management and Letter Outsourcing. Some of the reports that
can be generated include acknowledgment listing, status, remittance,
and closed/return reports.
Southwest Credit utilizes Latitude CS to allow clients to
gain remote access to the collection accounts over the internet.
It has a user friendly interface that provides clients with:
automatic change notification, review/change demographics,
search by name, account or SSN, update payments or adjustments,
close account notification, standard reports, and custom reports
like: customer acknowledgement, acknowledgement detail, closed
and returned account, invoice reports, performance reports
and stair step analysis. This application maintains extensive
user security with secure encryption built in using SSL.
Disaster Recovery

All server systems are fully redundant, with a fault-tolerant
database system that provides a secure, reliable platform
for recovery in case of critical failures. All systems are
backed-up nightly to an AIT tape drive system capable of full
data restoration within 4 hours.
